project starter plan

Tikome is a Slovenia-based telecom and IT services company with 20 years of experience serving clients across a global network. The company operates across three core industries, telecom, IT solutions, and smart building, offering services that span project management, technical audits, telecom tower and facility maintenance, drone-based infrastructure inspection, data center design, and IoT and smart building solutions. Tikome holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 certifications along with several industry-specific accreditations, and is led by a leadership team with backgrounds at major telecom and financial firms including Ooredoo, MTN, and Detecon. The brand positions itself around reliability, technical depth, and long-term client partnership rather than volume, serving industries from manufacturing and logistics to healthcare, banking, and non-profits.

project overview

The Project Overview gives a clear snapshot of the Tikome build from start to finish. The brief centered on presenting a technically dense, multi-industry telecom and IT company in a way that stays clear and credible to very different audiences, from telecom operators evaluating tower maintenance to enterprise clients evaluating cybersecurity and cloud services. We built the site on WordPress with Elementor, using a modular structure so each solution, industry, and business challenge could have its own dedicated page without fragmenting the overall site architecture or navigation.

Multilingual support was set up using TranslatePress, giving Tikome an English and Slovenian version of the site that stays in sync as content updates, which matters for a company headquartered in Ljubljana serving both local and international clients. The homepage was structured to move a visitor from broad credibility signals, experience, certifications, leadership bios, into specific services and industries, before ending on a structured, low-friction contact flow that sets expectations for what happens after a form submission.

The certifications and leadership sections were treated as first-class content rather than an afterthought, since trust and technical credibility are core to how a B2B infrastructure company like Tikome wins client conversations, and the layout reflects that priority throughout.

The result is a site built to carry serious technical and organizational depth without overwhelming the visitor, giving Tikome a platform that reads as credible to enterprise and government-scale clients.
