project starter plan
Karpus, Greek for “wrist,” is a UAE based bracelet brand built around a simple idea. Everyday jewelry should be minimal, durable, and unisex enough to move from the office to the beach without a second thought. Every piece is crafted from full 925 hallmarked sterling silver paired with a triple core, quick dry thread, and backed by a one year guarantee against tarnish and fading. The brand’s two collections, The Knots and The Tools, share one philosophy: quiet confidence over statement pieces. Karpus sells direct to consumer online, with free UAE delivery, and positions itself against fast fashion accessories through material quality, adjustable sizing, and a lasting product promise.

project overview
The Project Overview gives a clear snapshot of the Karpus build from start to finish. Karpus came to us with a straightforward brief: a Shopify store that could carry a growing catalog of color and design variants without turning into a maze of dropdowns and duplicate listings for the customer. We built a metafield driven color swatch and image system on the Bezel theme, so each bracelet’s ten color options render as true visual swatches tied to their own product imagery, not generic text buttons. Pill shaped size selectors were added alongside the swatches to keep the product page clean and scannable on both desktop and mobile.
Beyond the product page, we reworked the checkout and quick view experience with custom button styling to keep the shopping flow consistent with the brand’s minimal aesthetic from browse to purchase. We also mapped out Checkout UI Extensions for future loyalty and upsell features, working within the constraints of Karpus’s current Shopify plan tier, and explored Shopify’s MCP tooling as a path for faster bulk catalog edits as the product range expands.

The result is a store that mirrors the product itself. Understated on the surface, engineered underneath, and built to hold up as the catalog grows.
