project starter plan

AiSyncSo is a sovereign AI platform built for enterprises across the Gulf and MENA region. Its core product is a single AI agent that answers customers across WhatsApp, voice, and web chat in both Arabic and English, with all customer data kept inside the client’s own country to meet SAMA, NDMO, PDPL, and UAE NESA regulations. The platform serves banking, government, healthcare, retail, telecom, and real estate clients, with a track record that includes handling millions of Arabic conversations a month and resolving the majority of customer queries without human intervention. AiSyncSo positions itself against generic, foreign-hosted chatbot tools by leaning on native Gulf dialect support, data residency, and deep integrations with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.

project overview

The Project Overview gives a clear snapshot of the AiSyncSo build from start to finish. The brief centered on a bilingual marketing site that could speak convincingly to enterprise buyers across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider Gulf, in both English and Arabic, without either version feeling like a translated afterthought. We built a fully bilingual site architecture with proper RTL and LTR handling, so the Arabic experience reads as a native product, not a mirrored layout bolted onto an English template.

The homepage was structured around a live product demo embedded directly in the hero, showing the AI agent responding to a customer message in real time, alongside a compliance-first trust layer built to reassure regulated industries like banking and government. Dashboard screenshots, integration logos, and live metric widgets were laid out to make the platform’s capabilities feel tangible rather than abstract, while a dedicated assessment flow was built to qualify leads before they reach the sales team.

Throughout, the design leaned into a clean, enterprise-grade visual language, dark UI accents, structured data cards, and clear compliance badges (SAMA, NDMO, PDPL, UAE NESA), so the site itself reads as evidence of the platform’s own polish and reliability.

The result is a site built to convert enterprise buyers who need proof of security and regional fluency before they will pick up the phone.
